Running a thriving community can often be a demanding task, and finding assistance can greatly contribute to its success. That's why Auxxit has introduced a valuable feature that enables room owners to assign moderator roles to other community members. These moderators act as temporary room owners, offering invaluable support in managing the community. Whether it involves organizing events, expanding the member base, or ensuring the room remains cohesive and progressive, moderators play a crucial role in guiding the community towards growth.
Step 1: Accessing the Room
To begin the process of assigning a moderator, you need to access your room. There are two simple ways to view the members in your room. First, click on the three little dots located in the top right corner of your screen. Then, you can either navigate to the Pokémon group by selecting the arrow, followed by clicking on the members icon at the bottom right corner. This action will display the complete list of members in your room. Alternatively, by clicking on the three little dots again, a pop-up menu will appear, from which you can select "View Membership." This option will promptly direct you to the members section of your room.
Step 2: Designating Moderators
Once you have gained access to the members' list in your room, you can proceed to identify the individual whom you wish to assign the moderator role. Simply long click on their name, and a pop-up menu will appear, presenting various options for that particular member. One of these options will be "Promote to Moderator." By selecting this option, you will grant the chosen user moderator privileges within your community. As a moderator, they will be equipped with the necessary authority to implement changes, oversee room activities, and assist in running the community on your behalf.
Assigning moderator roles allows you to share responsibilities, streamline community management, and promote growth effectively. With a team of dedicated moderators by your side, your community will thrive, benefiting from a collaborative environment that drives engagement and expansion.
