The Auxxit app offers a wide range of features that empower moderators to effectively manage their communities. One of these valuable features is the notes tool, which enables community members to stay connected, establish rules, set reminders for events, auctions, and other important information.
Step 1:
To access the notes feature, follow these steps:
- Navigate to your community home screen.
- Once inside the community, locate the three dots icon located in the top right corner of your screen.
- Tap on the three dots icon to trigger a pop-up menu that will appear at the bottom of your screen.
Step 2:
Once the pop-up menu appears, you will find the "Pin a new note" option. Follow these steps to create a new note:
- Select the "Pin a new note" option.
- You will be redirected to a new screen specifically designed for creating notes.
- On this screen, you will find a text box where you can type your notes, including community guidelines, auction dates, or any other relevant information.
Step 3:
After composing your note, proceed with the following steps to save and share it with your community members:
- In the top right corner of the screen, locate the save button.
- Click the save button to finalize and post the note to your community feed.
- The note will remain accessible on the community feed, allowing community members to scroll back and read it at any time.
- Additionally, community members can view all group notes by clicking the arrow next to the group name.
By utilizing the notes tool in Auxxit, moderators can enhance communication and organization within their communities, ensuring that important information is readily available to all members.
